I am using a 58 fender harvard with a JT-30 , and it sounds as good if not 
better than any RI or boutique amp I have heard so far, It took some searching 
but the whole rig cost me about 1100 and I wouldn't trade them for anything I 
have heard so far, not to mention it is small, loud, and easy to handle.
